Training Update
During a general slowdown in the construction industry Cuttings recognise that the training of their workforce becomes an even greater priority.
On top of the Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) that department managers received in 2008, Supervisors have now received the CITB Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS).
Experienced site workers have also achieved their NVQ2 through the newly introduced CITB Experienced Worker Practical Assessment route (EWPA).
100% of Cuttings site operatives now hold CSCS cards.
